Every Solano tool purchased after January 2009 comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty with an option to renew every two years, indefinitely.
Should something happen to your dryer or iron, send it to our Repair Center and we will repair, refurbish and recondition it for you. This keeps our tools in the hands of stylists and out of the landfills.
To qualify, just register your product within 30 days of purchase along with original receipt. Forgot to register or outside of your warranty period? No problem, just pay the $30 service fee.

All dryers or irons will be repaired and return shipped within 2 business days of the Solano Repair Center receiving it. Solano will also cover the cost to return ship the product.

After the original Two-Year Limited Warranty has expired, you may purchase an additional Two-Year Limited Warranty by contacting Solano at the address provided below and paying a shipping and handling fee of $30.00. Product will be repaired, refurbished, reconditioned and return shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

For repair, appliance should be sent postage paid with a $30.00 check or money order payable to Solano International (unless warranty registration was submitted within 30 days of purchase) and a brief written description of the problem to:
